I am so fed up of excuses. Sorry Anet but you know the game is popular why else did you decide to suspend sales sorry but lame excuses and pitiful ’Sorry’s’ don’t cut it anymore. You as a business have to anticipate and prepare for things like this happening and a good business always has a back up. You neither prepared nor had a back up. I too am included in the majority, I was in the event, experienced some lag but let it slide because I anticipated such issues. But just as I opened the chest I got d/c and told my router or firewall was at fault, sorry but these fake messages are very damaging, Suppose a customer isn’t aware that these messages are false and goes out and spends money on a new router or anti virus/firewall software because they think they are at fault. There’s also the issue of the stupid fake wrong password or you are not the holder of this account messages, how in heck can I not be the account holder or have input the correct password when I’m here logged in on the forums??? Sorry but seriously you’re failing. I’m not impressed and I’m saddened that the attitude of the company has dropped dramatically from what it was in GW1. >:(
