Not sure why Anet doesn’t focus on developing something similar to ESEA.

“Once you’re in a server, and when you’re ready to participate in either type of pug, type “.ready” ingame. You’ll notice that your name moves from the “Not Ready” list, to the “Ready” list, indicating that you are ready to play this pug. Remember that after this point, if you leave the server for any reason you will be given a pug leave.
Once everyone “readies up”, you will be given an option to select the server rules, map, as well as the team sorting option."

Once you reach a certain amount of pug leaves, you’re penalized and not able to enter matchmaking for a certain period of time & also lose glory. You also shouldn’t be locked in, should have the chance to leave if there’s a player or group you don’t want to play with.

Mainly what the title says.. Just looking for an experienced group to roam with. Not into big, populated guilds.
