How do you get the keys? Is there a way other then buying them?

So the only way to get these is either buy the keys or buy them on the trade post?

What about for the other items i been hearing about? Like cool weapons and chests?

The transferred last night and the queue time for getting in to wvw are very long on every borderlands but the home one.

I am from Jades Quary and wondering what the queue time are like for WvW? I left because I want to play not site in a queue for 2 hours. What servers have low queue times and are organized (they use ONE voice chat system for everyone in WvW)?
