Guild Wars 2

I was gaming with it on Diablo 3 the night before I installed and played GW2 with no problems at all.
I’m not sure how to go about updating the usb drivers ?

MS Fix it removed the old naga drivers.
Firmware is up to date I believe v1.13
Reinstalled the synapse and it says it is fully updated
Cleaned the lens again
But still getting the same problem.

Working through the solutions and I have cleaned the lens well and still get the same problem.
Trying to uninstall the drivers I noticed the old Naga driver still on and when I try to uninstall that it comes up with
Error 1316 Anetwork error occured while attempting to read from file C:\Windows\Installer\Razor Naga.msi
The only way to get the mouse to work again for short periods is unplug and plug back in.
Dpi 1000 and polling rate 500

Just installed GW2 and straight away my mouse pointer would lose the left/right axis or freeze in place all together in game and now out of game which it worked perfectly before. All buttons work ok
I’m using the synapse 2.0 fully updated and cant find a solution.
Any help would be appreciated
