Thanks for the clarification, I just wanted to know the chances of success (and restoration) as I’ve never been hacked before and was unsure about the whole process. Thanks for that Inculpatus.

So, my account was hacked about two days ago now – and I’ve sent a ticket to the Guild Wars support desk. I received a reply, but no mentioning in regards to my question of getting my stuff back, or a possible rollback to an earlier date. Now… I had a relatively decent amount on my main character, nothing extraordinary, I’m just wondering what the chances are that I’ll get my stuff back, if at all?

The support staff was prompt enough in their reply and investigation, but chose to ignore crucial aspects of my concern.
