Guild Wars 2

Hi all,

I haven’t played GW2 since 2012 and now I thought I’d start playing again, but I have absolutely no idea how to play this game anymore. My warrior is level 80 and I quit playing sometime in 2012. Now when I logged back into the game I went ot Lion’s Arch to check out the new event that’s going on there. I joined the zerg that was going to kill three bosses, but I was so overwhelmed about what was going on on my screen, I died a couple of time and started losing interest because it was all too much for me.
Then I thought I’d go back to Orr and kill some trash mobs to get a feel for playing my warrior but it wasn’t much of a challenge.

Is there any advice you can give to a returning player with a level 80 warrior who actually is a complete newbie? In the long run I’d like to do some WvW but I’d also like to do some PvE / dungeon runs.

And what is the best way to gear up my warrior? Currently I’m wearing Rampager’s Draconic armor and I have 2 mystic weapons (claymore and a 1h sword). But I have no money to buy anything. I think if I collect all money from my other chars it’ll be about 4 gold.
