Hello guys!
Just tried to craft this Satchel of Strong Masquerade Armor (tier 3) from https://www.gw2spidy.com/recipe/2760 and suprise surprise: The mats requiered are others…Bought the recipe from TP and the mats requiered are :
6 Cured thin lether squares
16 bolts of wool
….
Completly different from the recipe on wiki and on spidy…Not to mention that the profit is not even close to that mentioned on spidy..
So my question is: Is it possible that they changed the recipes with the new pathch?
If so, be careful, wiki is no longer reliable.
Thank you all for your repsonses. Zelyhn and you Kodiak confirmed what I suspected. I have to get familiar first with every possibility that my class has to offer and it also depends on the party. So it will take some time until I will master my weapons and until I can find a group with which I run every dungeon with. So far, as Evalia said in most of the dungeons I went to (zerging) nobody cared actually about might stacks or if I died. I remember only a single run where another elementalist completed me and our part was having permanently 25 might stack as well as other boons from the other classes.
Zelyhn, I began studying your tuts…Awesome job dude! I mean explaining everything, from mindset to mechanics…WOW! I am now at your favorite, d/s and actually I like it more than staff, which was my favorite.
Hello guys!
I’ve been discussing with some more experienced player than I am and everyone sugessted that I should create for a 80 lvl ele a build that is based on power, precision, and ferocity if I want to deal more dmg in PVE…There are actually numerous sources where you can find this build such as mettabattle. However after playing with a friend of mine, I discovered that I am actually not dealing that much of dmg and I am not contributing with boons to the party as much as I could…So we found some videos where it is described how an ele could stack 25 might. So I tried it too and I found that I am most comfortable with a scepter/dagger and Lava axe. Now the problem that I have is that the armor had stats with power, precision, ferocity (beserker) and since ele is so squishy sometimes I could not survive long enough to stack the might (it might be also because I am not an experienced player). So I was thinking if there is a build that would allow me to stack might and survive long enough and in the same. As armor stats I was thinking power, vitality, condition damage, superior rune of the aristocracy and to squeeze might as much as I can from the traits.
I would also like to explain why am I thinking of such a PVE build even if some would say that what I am about to say might be suited for another topic. I am not an experienced MMO player and I am new to GW2 so I can’t say that I know the mechanics (actually that is why I need your help) but in my opinion an ele is not going to be able to deal so much dmg as another class…It is more suited for support. For me support=might. Why?Because with both I am helping my team and myself in the same time. Power allows the “true” dps classes to deal more dmg and condition dmg such as bleed contributes to the time in which my teammates are eliminating the NPC.
I am waiting for your comments, opinions and critics.
