Well i had the same problem, HotSpot fixed the problem and i have tried using telkom isp to update as well which it worked so it seems the problem lies with Web Africa
i done the same have no clue what is happening
im not sure if its only me but my client fails on the last file of the current update,
the error i recieve is “Download failed! Please check your internet connection and try again. (2)”
yet it logs into me account?
