Guild Wars 2

I seem to have resolved this issue. Apparently attempting to instal to an external hard drive will cause it to seize up while installing. I moved the application to my actual desktop and it is going along well. I will attempt to move it back into the external hard drive after installation is finished. Will post an update as to whether or not it works.

I have followed everything that applies within the sticky thread. How would i check to see if a port is being blocked by my router?

I have tried that. I left it going overnight and that did not work. It just sits there.

I am having a problem installing the game. I have tried 3 separate times to install Guild Wars 2 on my Mac (currently running the newest update, Yosemite I believe). After reaching around 249,930 or so files remaining to download, my launcher stops attempting to download and does nothing. I have not been able to find any solutions anywhere on the forums.
