I submitted another one 130910-000467, but they didn’t response me. So I created a new one, which is the one I posted earlier. So is there anyway I can get my account by contacting support, let them know what happened, then they can unblock it? I’m sorry If I’ve asked too many questions. I’m just really worrying about. This account means alot to me.

He didn’t play it, He just changed the email and wants to stop me playing it. I’m the only one played it. So there is nothing I can do about get it back?

Thank you for the answer. I am 20 years old and i think my mom has no right to do this. Do I post my serialcode here? and yes, I did sent arenanet my serial code and everything in the question I’ve submitted. But what should I do now? I meant, how do I get my account back?

Hey guys, here is a case that I need help with. My family lives in USA, and I came to Australia for university. Due to I failed few courses, my mom has asked my young brother to use my Guild Wars 2 Serial code to change my Email address in case I won’t play it as much as i used to. Then I thought my account is hacked til I found out My young brother did it. Then I reported it as a hacking issue, later on I submitted another question to support about explaining this suspicious activities of my account. Then I tried to Log on play game, it says Your account is suspended permanent, I was like: What?! Then I checked my stuff from support over and over again, its been 3 days now, but nobody replies, it always shows Duplicate after 10 minutes when I update with that question, and nobody has response to me or talked to me about what’s going on. My question here is: Is it possible for them to unblock my account? due to this misunderstanding. Secondly, is there any other way to contact support about this? phone call? seems they don’t reply me no matter how many times i update with it.
