I play a staff user..Elementalist cannot weapon swap. now if you are going to tell me I cannot use a staff.. well then why did they even make it an option. If the case is the Staff is a horrible weapon, then the game really is not as free form as they make it seem.

Staff is a great weapon. You can use arcane shield, mist form, and the earth aura to block projectiles, but in general you’ll only need your 2 utility skills and your dodges. You don’t need to be combative in this conversation at all. You just need to explore your ele.

Oh and fire 4 is an excellent evade and fire field.

I see I see. They do bring these things back on occasion. I’m not sure if they were brought back for the end of LS2 sale or not (this was last week). If they weren’t, I’m sure there will be a sale for them at least within the next 3 months (I think they bring things back semiannually, or at least that’s the impression I get) but you might also have to wait until the 3 year anniversary sale, or another big sale they end up throwing.

But I guess you can keep asking. Anet wants to sell gems, so if they see people will buy them they may oblige. Although that doesn’t seem to be true of the bunny ears.

It might be cool. Someone a few months ago mentioned it could just be sold as a mesmer illusion type thing you can upgrade your character with, and that way you would still have your PS and whatnots (but still cultural armor restrictions), but it would still say you were, say, a human. But it’s probably pretty complex codewise.

This said, have you thought about maybe making a 2nd warrior? Or maybe going with a Charr guardian?

Which toxic set are you referring to? The gloves shoulders? The dyes?
