Guild Wars 2

I just completed HoT story line enter the chasm killing last boss but I did not get credit and i still have enter the chasm on my story line. and I can’t get back to the instance any help will be appreciated.

I am unable to see any text in guild chat others in my guild can but I can’t. i can type and see text in all other chat windows is there a fix for this?
