Guild Wars 2

This is becoming annoying.. For the past 2 weeks or so I have been unable to get into the game without Connect error(s) nonsense shoving itself down my throat again and again. Its baffling that there is still not a definative response from ANet as to why this is happening and how they are fixing it, and its also upsetting to me that anything limited time in the gemstore, and dailies, or login rewards, or in general everything these players who cant get. or do becuase they are still unable to get into the game and are unable to have the same experiences and opportunities as the other players. I love this game, and I love this company I have been playing Guild Wars, since GW1 Prophecies. and I have enjoyed nearly every single thing about GW2 and GW2 Heart of Thorns. But this problem has been going on for a bit too long. and its sad to see that nobody is really keeping us up to speed with what is going on and telling us what they are doing to fix it.

I stopped playing gw2 for about 4 days a while back ago, however when i got back home and tried to get back on gw2 it seems that the updates are broken or something i seem unable to reach the login screen and keep receiving this message. “Connection Error(s) detected. Retrying…” Nothing seems to fix it. And im confused as to if im the only one with this issue. It is very frustrating and its been ongoing for 3 days. If anyone has this issue and knows a definitive way to solve the error, I would greatly appreciate it.

Let me start by saying this isnt a bug. but a request. The effect Aegis has when someone is buffed with it is so annoying. I dont know if anyone thinks the same but i know that when i look at it when unsheathing my bow on my dragonhunter. It just ruins the epic feel of his look or anything at all for that matter.

Basically: I think that it would be nice if Anet implemented some way to hide the “constant glassy blue shield” that is stuck on my Dragon Hunter Sylvari when I unsheathe my storm-bow.

TLDR: It would be good to be able to toggle off the animation of (Aegis) on my Guardian.
