I see the skin now called “Verdant Bow” which matches my Leaf of Kudzu. Having barrage golden arrows would still be amazing though… think about it ANet… ;-)

As a ranger, I have the Kudzu and thought that the precursor “Leaf of Kudzu” was suppose to be available as a skin as well. I didn’t see it in the wardrobe archive at the bank. Actually, didn’t even see Dusk as a possibility either as that’s what ANet even used in their example.

Also, speaking of Kudzu… it would be nice for the 5th skill (Barrage) for the ranger to get the updated legendary arrow affects. Barrage using the Kudzu looks like any other longbow when showing arrows. It would be great to get golden arrows and flowers to drop just like skills 1-4 show them.

So instead, folks from lower population servers guesting on higher population servers is better? Causing higher population areas to increase their overflows and folks that live on that server can’t even get into their own main areas without overflow? I’m not saying there’s a perfect solution, but we see what happens the way it is now. I’m one of those folks that HAD to guest to get to even see tequatl past 75%. That’s all I’m saying… I would have loved to see it on my own server, especially during the times I can play, which is mostly off-peak hours.

That’s awesome scootshoot, grats to you and your server, but I did notice that was 11:34pm still within “primetime.” You had way more folks on your screen than I’ve seen on ours… Servers need to have good followers as well as leaders. We have lots of both, but just not enough…

This is my first post, as I’m really a big fan of about everything ANET does. The game is a blast, and I give them huge props for that, and the amount of interaction they have with the community. Hell, my 70yr old father even plays religiously, and loves it. ANET take a lot of heat and usually only folks that have negative things to say post stuff, so I’m glad they have thick skins. But, I felt compelled to post on the new content, after giving it a bit of time to soak in… After countless losses on our server, I guested for the first time on a server that has higher population than ours, just because I wanted to see what the fight was like after Teq gets below 75%. I usually play on my home world DR, and the best I’ve seen our server do was about 80% and that was within a day or two of launch. As you can imagine, our server basically gave up. Today, I had a great time fighting Teq., but it wasn’t on our server unfortunately… I guested on a server that was full, and they were well organized, sorting into different groups of zergs well before the fight. Wes till lost the two times I tried (getting Teq to almost 25%), but at least I got to see what the fight was like. I’ve seen a lot of posts where people complain about the overflows, the AFK’s etc… well, guess where a lot of the population comes from? Low pop servers like ours, where people just want to compete in the content and succeed, but don’t have the population levels and/or community on their home worlds to even come close, especially during off hours.

Before this update, I ran with a “morning crew” and we would jump from boss to boss, having a lot of fun, because we would take these bosses down with our lower numbers, but during those off times nowadays, it’s impossible to beat most bosses in DR, except during peak times. So I’m begging ANET to please allow the bosses to scale for lower numbers too… it would alleviate a lot of guesting and overflow issues on other servers as well, I’d imagine. The content is GREAT, but unfortunately not enjoyed by the lower pop servers at this time. Bosses have become a frustration, rather than a great experience. That’s just my 2 cents…
