Guild Wars 2

I Entered the scene of the crime and scanned everyone including the healer girl and went through their conversations till you talk to Kiel. Then left the instance and ran to Volk but only had the leave option. I went back to Kiel to enter the Scene of the crime but she only has a dialogue of where to find the missing three people. How can this be resolved? It sounds like a lot of us are stuck here. I tried destroying my kit, logging out, and changing characters. Nothing has worked.

If you are working on a fix just let us know that would be great.
