Guild Wars 2

I have already been to all of the places on the map. Its 98% complete. When i hover my mouse above all the hero challenges it says that they have all been done, but it still won’t give me my map completion. I’ve tried going back to re do them all but it says they’re already complete but my map still shows 4/5

I’m trying to get map completion in fields of ruin, i’ve gone to all the hero challenges and completed them all but on my map it still says 4/5 complete? Anyone know how to fix this?
