Bonus Items missing from digital deluxe edition

From day one I got all the bonus items from the digital deluxe edition. This would include:
The Personal Golem Bank, The Chalice of glory, Tome of Influence, Hero Band and the Rytlock Miniature.
However they were at first all received on a temporary character that I’ve since deleted. Every time I make a new character I still get a Personal Golem and Hero Band so I assumed I’d get the other items when making a new character as well.
I didn’t get a chance to add the Rytlock Miniature to the collectable either so that mini pet appears to be lost to me. Was that supposed to be a one time thing? Or is it a bug? Is it possible to get the bonus items sent again like in Guild Wars 1 using /bonus?
