Just got my account back. Thank you Gaile for speeding up the support team’s process. For everyone else I recommend that you be very descriptive about the issues. It took them 3 weeks to complete mine but I am pretty sure I wasn’t really clear with the problem for the first 2 weeks. Screenshots and what ever evidence you can give them will probably speed the process along. Just keep updating your tickets.

Hi Gaile I just recently updated my ticket with more information and hopefully they will be able to solve my account issues. My question is why did I get banned three weeks ago( the source of all the problems). If you could get to the bottom of it for me that would mean a lot. Right now it feels like I was banned for no reason and now there are more problems just stacking on top of it. If you can not tell me is there anyone you can direct me to.

Hi Gaile thanks for telling support to answer my ticket but I don’t think they understood the situation. I sent an updated response on Monday about my situation but I havent gotten a reply. Ill try to send a more clear description today.

Hi Gaile it has been 3 weeks since i have been banned and 1 week since i have had a response from the support team. I tried logging into the support today and could not. I bought a new key and applied it to my account about a week ago and still no progress. if you could get support to at least queue my problem that would be nice. I know there are other problems occurring too so what ever you can.

Hi Gaile it has been 12 days since I have been unable to get into game. I have sent tickets but the last reply to my ticket was 6 days ago. I know that it is Thanksgiving( Happy Thanksgiving by the way) and the staff will wont be able to respond within these few days but it would be nice to get a reply as soon as you can.
My current issue is that I re bought the game and applied the Serial to my old account but the account still can not get into the game.“Account has been suspended because of an account issue”.

Ya Drachdhar is right, keep an eye on your card’s statement. I’ve had the same problem where they banned me for “botting” then they changed it to using a stolen card but I believe that the message was automated. They really meant “we are going to redo everything over so here is a refund and use it to buy a new code”. Still waiting on it though.

It has been 1 week and 3 days since I was wrongfully banned for botting and then fraud.
I have bought a new Serial Code and applied it to my account but still nothing has changed

I think this is going around a lot from what I have experienced and what i have read in the other forums. They are not really responding to the tickets so if three days have passed put it in the three days or older.

Hey guys I was banned for botting on November 9 and am still unable to play. They first accused me of botting and then when they gave me an actual response six days later they changed their reasons and said that I used a fake card and my CD key was banned.
The support said that if i wanted to play my account again I should by another CD key and use it with my account. Now I do not know the actual order of what happened but I was noticed that my card was refunded after i sent a ticket saying that giving them another $60 is ridiculous when they accused me of theft and basically stole from me. Since they refunded me I decided to buy the game again and place my faith in them that they will return my account. Right now it seems like I paid the $60 for the forum access.
During this ban I was also unable to access the forums until today so I am also wondering about whats going on with that. Is Anet in such chaos right now that innocent people are becoming casualties. I noticed that the supports spent quite some time redirecting my tickets, I am wondering if this happened to any of you guys.

So yesterday I logged on my account to find a message stating that I was banned for botting. My only response was wtf. There was no warning or message of when I committed this so I don’t even know if it was a mistake on their part of I was hacked. I know that the authenticator was down for the past few days but for someone to just be able to kick you out that easily is ridiculous.
Personally I feel betrayed because I recommend this game to my friends and they basically say thanks for the $60 but that’s all you get, 8 days of play.
I’m sorry if it sounds like I’m just venting but i had to get it off my chest.
Also another question for those who were also terminated: how do you login into the support page? When I try to log into the support page it says that my account is disabled because i know that the password is not incorrect. The only way to find my ticket numbers is through the email they sent.
