Well i got a response on my ticket this morning. I was told that it could take up to 7 days for gems to be added. If that’s the case they should just tell you that during your purchase and not claim 72 hours. However when i checked in game i had received my gems around the same time as i got the reply to my ticket. So either a massive coincidence or they actually added the gems manually… you decide.
I bought HoT Ultimate 96 hours ago now and still didn’t get my gems. I made a ticket just now to see if i can get some assistance on this. Hopefully you will have more luck than i’ve had so far, really not happy with this.
It would be nice to have some indication of how long its gonna take to fix this. So i’ll know wheter i should sit here staring at my creation screen or turn it off and try again tomorrow.
Issue does indeed seem to be back. Deleted my character, spend ages making a new one. And now i get error codes at the final stage of creating the character.
