Guild Wars 2

None of the boss chests appeared in Arah story mode. I got boss drops, and the chest icons appeared on my mini map, but I could neither see nor interact with the chests in the game itself. Interestingly the rest of my party seemed to have no issue with the chests……

UPDATE: It was a kernel panic, and based on the logs it looks like the wine client was the original problem. Subsequent kernel panics were caused by different errors. Due to continuing problems I am reinstalling my OS… So unclear if this was an underlying issue or one that was caused by the game

System: 2009 MBP 13’. Mavericks

The game has been playing perfectly for a week, but today it started crashing randomly. The last time it crashed, it shut down my computer, and when I tried to turn it back on it gave me the “Your computer restarted because of a problem” error message which is apparently a symptom of a software driven kernel panic. My computer is still unable to boot up.
