I know this. It may have sounded like I was complaining about badges being to hard to get, i’m not. The jumping puzzle feels a bit out of place to me (just my opinion). I just thought I would be nice for players engaging in the many parts of WvW that help gain control of the world for their server to feel just a bit more rewarded. Right now I feel just a little bit cheated instead of triumphant when I see a group of invaders retreating.

I think it would be a good idea for there to be a chance for badges of honor to be awarded for doing other activities in world vs world then just killing invaders. this seems to reward not those who work to support their world, but those who have aoe damage and can mash the “F” key. Perhaps there can be an achievement that awards a few badges each time you capture a certain number of towers, keeps, checkpoints, etc. killing invaders is a major part of WvW for sure, but its not the only thing.

Oh, and on the subject of mashing the “F” key, I’ve seen it suggested that badges of honor should be added to your inventory automatically upon drop, and I whole heartily agree with that, as those bags are real easy to miss when your running around trying not to die.
