My brother has been having this problem since second weekend beta which he pre-ordered for… He was in the middle of a dungeon with Dad and I(on same wifi and we havent had a problem since game was released..) Please help with Ticket 121108-002534 (4Days old But going on since beta…) We called and they said that since his account is 6 months old he cannot even get a refund…to create another since the rest of families purchases past Beta seem to be fine.
