Guild Wars 2

My server used to be active, and fairly good too, but that was a long time ago.

I’ve procured the gems necessary to transfer to another server, but as I’m pretty sure it’s a 1 shot deal I’d like to get it right.

What I’d like most in a WvW server is one that does well and is active, though doesnt have 2 hour long wait timers.

My server used to be pretty good, but since I’ve come back it’s completely dead…

WvW was always my favorite aspect about the game, and I’m wondering which server’s have very active WvW groups.

I assumed that the 0/2 thing on the rune meant that you could use 2 of the same and not have diminishing returns… However when i stacked them onto my armor (i got 2 minor thief and 2 minor lyssa) i noticed that the 2nd rune of each didnt improve my stats.

So i’m left to wonder, do they stack, or do i effectively need to put a different rune in each slot?
