Guild Wars 2

Just a question, can anyone recommend me a cpu that can run on high settings on gw2?

So i guess I’ll wait until Anet fixes performance issues, then buy a new cpu with more ram and thats Windows XP

So I just need a new computer or something else? What do you recommend? And is it overheating or something? I get 75 degrees celsius

Please help. I just recently bought Guild Wars 2 and i was so excited to play it. When i got on it was super laggy, so i set everything on low and i still get 5-8fps. This shouldn’t be happening. I have played Diablo III, DDO, WoW, LoL, PWI, Minecraft, and a ton others and i can play max settings with 70+fps. On Guild Wars 2 max settings i get 1fps, and on lowest i get 8.
Computer specs are:
2GB RAM
Windows Vista
Dell Inspiron 531
Vision Tek Radeon X1300 1022MB
1680×1050 (32bit 60Hz)
Main Driver is atiumdag.dll,atiumdva.dat,atitmmxx
