I have the same issue, having the recipe with both characters. I think the “account bound” thing is bugged and it’s some kind of “character bound” but transferible to other characters. I’ve contacted ANet and they told me they are currently working in this bug.

Yeah, i have the recipe discovered in both characters. I’ve made contact with ANet and they told me that their programmers are currently working on this bug. So we’ll have to wait till next update, i suppose.

I will contact them. But i have the insignia unlocked on both professions, one in each character. I think that, although it’s marked as “account bound”, currently is some kind of “character bound”, but you can transfer it to other characters.

exactly (although it’s just with one insignia). Any solution? or just contact ANet?

it is; i’ve never crafted that armor with that character, but i can craft that insignia with him. The point is, i cant use the same insignia crafted by other character.

Hello everybody. I’ve encountered a trouble with this insignia. I crafted it with my leatherworker, but decided to use it on a heavy armor set. The point is that I transferred to the character that has armorsmithing, but i can’t use it for crafting (it just doesn’t appear in the “discovery” inventory, but it is in my backpack. Anybody is having trouble with this too?
