so i have 6 super rune of strengths, and super sigil of strength and juggernoght. crit chance 40%
before the patch i could get 25 stacks of might with 2 flame jets on a single target with a crit chance of 45%
now my crit chance is 35% and i cant get up to 25 might even with 6 enemies im critting on. i think the sigil cool down is now handled different?
