Guild Wars 2

Due to the big rune change I now have 5 Superior Runes of the Traveler sitting in Karma/WvW-Gear I cannot salvage (2×2 + underwater breather) and no reasonable way to extract those runes. Using the Upgrade Extractor would be insane with it costing ridiulous 250 gems. I could just go and exchange the gems for gold and buy new runes and still have gold left.
I was going to post something but it seems I am not the only one with this issue by far. I agree 100% with what has been said by Ashadow and Flissy. The easiest fix would be to make karma and wvw gear salvageable (without the chance to get ectos/dark matter). I would gladly buy a Black Lion Salvage Kit to get my runes this way…but no way I am going to pay 250 Gems for the extractor. :-/

I have the exact same problem. Thank god…I thought my keyboard was broken or something. This problem started 2 or 3 days ago. I guess with the Tuesday patch?
Please, whatever caused this – fix this asap. I have been using my keybinds for 1 year now and this problem is really sort of game breaking. I keep interrupting my own skills

As I have posted in the suggestion forum, I think that’d be one of those things that would be perfect to be shouted out by the city heralds.

Right now, as far as I know, you have a hard time finding out if there is one of Scarlet’s Invasions happening or not and if it is, where it’s happening. I think this would be one of those things that’d be perfect for the city heralds to cry out.

I am in the exact same boat. Since start of the game I have not missed a single achievement in the Living Story part nor during the special Holiday Events. The Invasion Canceler Achievement is the first one I didn’t get. For the most part, because you could not really track which map was missing and because each try needed about 45 min of time (let alone not having disconnects).

What really grinds my gears is that we were told that the Invasions will keep on happening, only less frequent. I specifically checked that beforehand to decide how much time I have left to complete the achievement. I had assumed that the Clockwork Chaos Achievements would stay as well. Guess I was wrong.
ANet should try to improve their information policy here…especially if we keep having so much temporary contend.

Since the Invasions still keep on happening I would really like it, if we could still also complete the achievements tied to that. As I understand it, we can’t do them anymore since they have been moved to the “historic” tab.
