its been 3 days havn’t heard anything besides the initial email
saying someone was going to be looking at my account shortly
that was sent 3 days ago

I’ve been waiting about 3 days and still no word besides the automated email i got.
I’ve missed the end of the Halloween event and didn’t get to finish it. this is unfair for those of us affected that shouldn’t have been banned

same thing happened to me today. im waiting for them to fix it.

what is Arenanet going to do for the people missing the halloween event because of
Arenanet’s own mistake. we shouldn’t be punished with missing it.
