Guild Wars 2

There will be times when I login to the game and it runs fine but when I logout and back in sometimes it will drag to load and I’ll be 1 fps making the game unplayable.
My ping is at 1,782. This started about a week ago. Some nights I can play fine with no lag.

Wondering if anyone knows how to troubleshoot this problem or any fix for it?

Why is it that every patch I get this same problem?!. Awaiting an update that will fix this, please.
