gonna throw a bump here, hoping someone might read it and have an idea

a little side note to this issue.

if i go under sound settings in GW2 and set device to default i loose sound ingame but everything else works.

if i set GW2 device to my headset i have ingame sound but i cannot run youtube/skype.

twitch/spotify works no matter what.

i recently bought a Logitech G930 wireless headset, but when i have Guild Wars 2 running, all sound from youtube and skype is muted in my headset, instead the sound is played through my soundcard towards my speakers.

i can still hear sound from Twitch, but everything else is gone.

i set my headset as standard in the sound kontrol panel within Windows, i tried deactivating everything else but my headset + unpluggning my speakers without luck.

also youtube cant play a video while Guild Wars is running, it can load it but not play it.

anyone got any idea? i tried changing between full screen and full screen windowed, changing sound device ingame from my headset to default device without luck aswell…

the only thing working is to close Guild Wars

the thing about the gem cards i were curious about, is that theres a trusted website that sells them, but one is called Global and other one EU, therefor i wasin’t sure wether or not i could use the global since its a little kitteneaper.

so bank items are still transferred even tho its a free transfer?

what is the difference between buying EU or global gem cards?

i live in Denmark, and i am unsure wether or not both can be used in my region?

also an extra question, all the items i buy from gem store, do i keep those if i delete all my characters and move server, or do i have to do server transfer?

yea true, i also took that into consideration…

problem is also the current server ranked 1 is a french server, and im not sure wether or not the server is mainly populated by french players…

so i am returning to GW2 since a friend of mine started playing aswell.

i dont think he will be much into WvW, so therefor i am looking for a good server for this with alot of english speaking players.

i also do know that due to the new expansion many people are not doing WvW, therefor i hoped anyone could give some advice on which servers may be good to join.

hmm okay, but agian… will my time zone have any influence on how many people are active when i play, if i join a NA server?

i’ve been looking around to find out what english speaking server would be good for both PvP and WvW.

so far everyones been mentioning NA servers, but i dont know how what will work out, since im from europe?

i read that Jade Quarry is best server for WvW, and Anvil Rock for PvP.

is there any good PvP community on Jade Quarry?
also would there still be a lot of people online even tho i play in other time zone?
