Attached is the error I get when launching game client. I am still trying to download the patch. Sometimes it would get far as actually downloading some files but then download would stop and the client shows this error message.

the weapon that has this sigil needs to be re-equipped for it to provide its 5% bonus.

as u can see after dying the screenshot shows the koi cake food buff 40% duration. now this should be 45% counting the sigil. note that i have 0 invested in power trait.
