I purchased Guild Wars 2 about 5 weeks ago and I love the game, it’s the only game I’ve played since I bought it!

I received an email on the address that I used to create my GW2 account from “Arenanet” saying..

First and foremost, I’d like to let you know that we take matters of account very seriously. It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell your personal Guild Wars 2 account. As you may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement. If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled.

I am NOT trying to sell my account, this game is amazing there’s no way I’d spent over 160 hours playing and then just sell my account, is this email legit because the link that’s in the email sent me to a webpage that does not look real at all, it asks for my gw2 account details including password.. I didn’t do anything because it seems a bit dodgy but I do NOT want my account to be permanently closed.. :/
