THANKS so much for the reply.
My GPU temp is at 43 at min and 60 at max degrees celcius
The drivers im using right now is 310.64 and it was performing great until yesterday.
I tried turning of all/all non windows and turning them all on again but didnt really do much….
Lowering the graphics only gets it to a max of +3 fps which i still very weird..

Hello
I have been having problems with my computer recently with its fluctuating performance in most of my games and including the benchmark i provided above.
Some games I play;
GW2 – it goes to about 18-53 fps but when its fluctuating it dives t about 5-12 fps..
Planetside 2- 18-25 fps but dips to 3-8 during fluctuations
heaven benchmark (image links above).
These performance fluctuation last for days or even weeks and my computer only goes back to optimum performance randomly. I’ve been taking note of every driver update or installation i do…But even without changing anything these performance glitches happen.I would want to know if its my video card or my other hardware components who is responsible for this. IVe ran test like prime 95 and mem test for days and they show no error and when using my computer for everything other than gaming, it doesnt show performance loss at anypoint like slow loading etc. Ive also tried Downclocking my VC and performance just corresponded with the changes. My primary suspects are my VC and my generic PSU
specs:
e5300 @ 2.85 ghz
9500 gt mem clock 440
3gb ram ddr2
600w generic PSU
1280x 1024
Im able to play GW2 very well in all low and native sampling but at times when these performance glitches happen, im stuck at super low FPS in GW 2 and other games for a long time which prevents me from playing.
Hope someone could tell me which hardware is responsible or if there’s a possiblity that its a software problem..
All help would be appreciated.. Thank you very much in advance

I finally Fixed the problem…..
I updated my Nvidia driver to the beta driver right now which is 310.33
and now its back to 30-45 FPS….
)))))))
Yeah but what troubles me is that I use to play with very playable FPS til i crashed for the very first time and i included the old build just to show that i was able to really run it and i switch to a better pc i had and had good performance for a few days before i crashed…
I wasnt saying anything about replacing my pc with my other weaker one…..
Thanks for the reply I really appreciate it..
The FPS was still the same at a constant 7 FPs and at highest at around 16
When i renamed it it downloaded a file but yeah its still the same….
Also i tried lowering it to 1024 × 768 and subsample But it made no Difference in the FPS..

Hello!
I’ve been playing GW2 for more than a week now and 2 days ago it crashed while doing the clock tower of mad king. Ever since, my FPS is now from 6-15.
I used to have 14 at lowest during events with a lot of people and 30-45 while levelling and 48-52 in places with minimal monsters and players…..
Ive tried reseating my hardware and checking temps but none of it show any alarming numbers.
My Hunches are either my powersupply cant really give enough power ( is there a way to find out?) or something has been tampered in how GW2 was installed when it crashed for the first time
All my other games performances are still the same….
Settings: all low, native sampling 1280 × 1024 60 Hz refresh rate
Specs: cpu : pentium dual core E5300 @ 2.7ghz
3gb ddr 800mhz
9500 gt @ 650 mhz core clock , 445mhz memory clock
generic 600w Psu
I also want to say that i played Gw2 in the first 4 days with an AMD athlon II 64 x2 4400+ at 2.3 Ghz ,2 gig ram and a 300w seasonic PSU and the fps was at 10-35…..
I would appreciate any help that could be given… Gw2 is currentlly very unplayable for me.
I hope it could be resolved….
