Guild Wars 2

Today, 25.10.15 i can’t update my GuildWars2 client – pop up messege “A disk I/O error has occurred! Guild Wars 2” will now terminate". Yersteday, 24.10.15, this messge was too, but client updating succesfully, and all day I play without problem.
I have SDD hard disk “C:” with operation system Windows 10, and standart hard disk “D:” capicity 1,5 Tb. Guild Wars 2 install on my disk D. And this disk have 994Gb free space. May be problem in size file GW2.dat – 25 663 737 Kb?

I put on my staff. When I use OUTSIDE OF BATTLE shout “Feel My Wrath!” and then skill “Empower”, cast time skill “Empower” realy reduced to 1 second. But when I use IN THE BATTLE shout “Feel My Wrath!” and then skill “Empower” – cast time skill “Empower” is not reduced. I think it’s a bug. Please fix this bug.

I have the trait ’Honorable Staff". When I put the staff the parameter “Boon Duration” is not changed. Although it had to appear 20% of the value of the trait. I think the trait “Honorable Staff” is not running. Please, fix this bug.
