Same issue here, having to wait till the code is just about to expire before it will work. Tried unlinking and relinking, and different apps. The servers on their end are definitely off by a solid 20 seconds.

Have you used DDU at all? Especially after a hardware change it should be used to fully remove all traces of the drivers. Install fresh drivers after and see if things dont improve a bit more.

I would also suggest removing the “hidden” GW2 Data file located in C:\users\your name\App Data\Roaming\Guild Wars 2\ that corrects a lot of these issues as well.

Running flawlessly on 2 Intel based systems, and 1 AMD system here. One of the Intels was just built 2 weeks ago. Many of the “issues” really do have more to do with configurations, background processes, and bloat then what people realize.

In order to really ask for help, you need to help out by providing a dxdiag, a list of running software, anything other than this is my hardware and this is what I set the game at. Windows can be a fast, stable OS, but it can also be a pig if it isn’t taken care of.

There seems to be an odd bug with newer Nvidia drivers, GW2, and VSync. Have you tried limiting your frames max FPS to 60 and disable VSync? Worked wonders on both our gaming machines here, dont see the big dip in FPS at all now.
