Thank you Gaile for the prompt reply. I am confused though by the response;

“121028-003724 Account closed for payment fraud; awaiting review”

Does this mean that it’s suspected as fraud and it’s being confirmed or that it’s definitely fraudulent and the review involves something else? Am I going to be able to add a new code?

I ask because I received the game (serial) as a birthday present from my b/f and he’s ready to buy a new code for me to add, but wants to make sure about the payment fraud before he demands a refund from the previous seller.

I am at three days now without any response to my ticket regarding my account suspension. I don’t know why I was suspended, but I’ve missed a lot of the holiday.
