Has anyone been contacted by arena net yet on this issue? because i got this error on the 13/12/2013 and it was working perfectly on the 12/12/2013, and i have not seen any sign of help from arena net, nor no way in contacting them about this issue, i have tried everything on the tech support help pages and what other people have tried, but still no success, and its just with the game client itself, because i’m able to log into the guild wars 2 site and the forums or i wouldn’t be able to right this post if it was a log in issue with passwords etc. so it must be something with the log in server itself with the game client. Does anyone have an answer that works yet or knows a proper way to contact arena net?
Kinda annoying this is happening around Christmas, what a way to ruin it.

Where is the indication icons for new area portals on the maps???
I find it very very very annoying walking around the edges of areas to find an area portal that will take me to a new area to explore. and their is very very very little indication of where they are.
All I’m saying is this, it would be much easier to get to new areas or go from one area to another if there was a little icon of some sort on the map to indicate where the portals are….
I do hope some time in the future there is… because this walking around finding them or going long way around through another portal then another then another, gets really annoying, after awhile. :’(
