I purchased a Guardian trait book from the norn in Hoelbrak (i am a human character). I have tried to double click the book, or right click and “use” the book, however it is making a noise as though it is blocked, and is not activating for me.. I know the book says you must be level 60 to use it, and I am level 69 – nothing appears to be working. I have tried logging out, changing characters, and closing the game client down, all to no avail. I have also tried to pay the 2silver 50 bronze to re-allocate all of my trait points, however this did not work either. This issue has been reported in the in game bug mechanics a few days ago, but has not been corrected, nor have I received a response.
Please fix this, as my current trait book is completely full, and I have 9 unused traits.
