For the last couple weeks I have been attempting to get all of the world event-related achievements, and despite completing The Frozen Maw event with full participation in each of the stages, I have been unable to receive the ’Svanir’s Bane’ Achievement. I have completed this event 23 times to no avail.
Does anyone have any tips as to what specific strategy I should employ to get this achievement? Other than simply participating in the zerg as I have done each and every time.. I have already scoured the ‘Interwebs’ in search of a video or article explaining how one can acquire this Achievement.
I find that the character models gets stuck in a pose if got interrupted in some ways during an animation but only some of the time
like if I am downed and am using life leech (necro) and rally unexpectedly my character ends up stuck in a strange posealways seem to be able to get out of it by sheathing or dodging
Yeah I’ve been getting it more and more lately, atleast 8x today from different methods
and only once before today since launch.
(This one was simply after being hit while leveling up)
I don’t see what’s so bad about using transmute stones for their intended purpose,
I always have way more of those things than I could ever hope to have use for…
Also, if it’s that life or death of a situation, can’t someone just make a new character, explore their capital in around 5 minutes, bank the stones, and have enough stones to suit hours of leveling high enough to transmute to the next level of gear?
Sure it’s a bit of a grind but this is an mmo, not minecraft, and if we were able to just throw on our favourite looking gear out of the whole game’s database right when we start, and then not have to change or transmute that gear until level 80, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of the rpg?
I may be missing something here, but I get satisfaction out of earning my character’s gear and not having it all presented to me in the get-go. =/
I was fighting a mob and it used one of those chain type skills on me, freezing my animation whilst attacking and resulting in this humorous pose.
Note that this is not game-breaking in any way, just mildly annoying and can be fixed easily with a relog.
I thought I should get this out there if only for entertainment purposes.
