Hi,
I’m still waiting some aswer from CS….

My previous tickets were all closed or notificied as duplicate…the only one i’ve managed to update was the one in the topic…

the situation still the same
GW2 = working
GW1 = not working (blocked)
Account management = accounts linked
HoM = not working

This scenario is the same from august 27th (date of my first automatically closed ticket)

…please help!

….I would really love try this solution…however when i tried I found my GW1 account was blocked for an unknown reason (while GW2 is working and account management says everything is linked fine -.-)

I’ve updated the previously closed ticket 120902-008437 from september 2nd because the other was not possible to be updated anymore.

I’ll patiently waiting an aswer….thanks again….

I don’t really know what to do to have a little attention….i’m well aware that HoM questions are not priority against accounts hacked…..and I don’t want to reopen another ticket for bothering with another duplicate issue….

just to let you know my first original ticket regarding the HoM closed was number 120827-004889 on August 27th before i’ve changed my mail address

Still not resolved from the first day of headstart….accounts linked, no HoM and more than this…..GW1 is blocked while GW2 is perfectly running!!!
(and they obviously share same user and password…)

Hi,
first of all I just want to say I love your work in all matters and I follow you from the original Guild Wars beta.

I’m just worried about my issues, like most of people here surely, but I’ve received everytime I’ve tried to post or update tickets Automatic mail as response or Duplication errors….

I’ll post here my last cause all the others seems to be closed…

Incident: 120911-002561

I’ll reassume all my issues:

1 – My HoM is not working though my accounts are successfully linked (I’m 30/50 just for your information)
2 – My original Guild Wars account is blocked while my Guild Wars 2 account is perfectly functional
3 – The Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill is blocked on my character Cobra Dusksong while perfectly enlightened on my other

I’ll kindly wait for some help….

Hello all.
Opened several ticket all automatically closed by auto aswers…ok, fair you did a great work on fixing almost everything in a week so i’m waiting with a lot of patience.
My issue is this:
I’ve bought GW2 account and linked my GW1 account successfully on April 10th.
Even now i’m playing fine on GW2 and account management says my accounts are linked.
Still no HoM points and the historian tells me i’m not worthing bla bla bla (I’m 30/50)
The “funny” fact is that after I’ve heard about loggin on GW1 I’ve reinstalled and, while logging….I’ve found my GW1 account blocked!!!

Please…I’m waiting for a fix!!!

(and obviously I’ve the Mistfire Wolf problem too….)

P.s. by the way I still love ANet! xD
