I do agree that mini’s need some work, adding some features to them would be a nice thing to see. In my opinion they are pretty useless right now and although the minislot made it a bit better there is still work to be done to make them worth buying.

Especially when you keep in mind the price you have to pay for some of them. I know they are a bit of a ‘status symbol’, but I’d much rather spend the money in my armor when looking for status.

Introducing options to ‘communicate’ with the pet, as you would with real live ones, would make them a lot more apealing for me. To avoid awkward interactions with the mini’s there should maybe be made a difference in the options to communicate with animal mini’s and human ones, as was suggested earlier, but I do think this will be pretty much work to introduce.

Maybe it’s better to keep it basic and use the emotes some of the mini’s can already do, like waving or cheering. When you target your mini and use ‘wave@’ it waves back or something like that. Considering the amount of mini’s that would need to be animated this might actually already be a pretty big task though.

The suggestion of the mini picking up loot I like alot, but I don’t think this will be an easy thing to develop either. Maybe it could be added to the upcoming expansion?

I’ve also lost alot of achievements and, now that I come to think of it, I didnt get any drops today either!
