i got something that said that there a delay or something like that

my ticket number is 934659 and i haven’t seen to get a respond and it has been over like what 4 days or less i don’t know but i still got no respond all i want to do is change my email not hard

OK i have 108 cinnamon pinwheels i want to give some away to my friend by mailing to him but i only want to send 20. how do i only send 20 of them to him when i try it brings all 108 of them how do i split them

ok i have lots of goodies to sell on the trade post but its not letting me open the pictures there items i could see but all that comes out is my food for sell im trying to sell sword armor and other thing its not letting me see the photo

I been sad about many things about the game but i have a question my freind baugh some infulence points and says he see 4030 when i look i see 30 and hen he say im waste some points so he did i look at the quene i said it didnt work he said it did its taking 16hours i was like ok then maybe im glitching log out and the logged in and still i see the same thing my question does have to do something becuase were kn the sperate servers plz hell i been sad becuase i couldnt figure out these issues i love this game so much pls help me
