I don’t understand what the hell the point is of having these materials dished out to us in such high quantities is. The only reasoning behind it I can see is I suppose a shot-in-the-dark chance of getting somebody to waste $ on gems for extra character slots (more mules) or more bank slots/inventory slots (mules). However at the same time this seems almost too sadistic to be true.

I don’t think they have anything planned for these mats and this is the reason why. People are more than willing to spend money to expand slots and Anet knows it. If they make other uses for these mats, people will have plenty of space freed up, which means no need for extra slots, and no need for extra slots = no money for Anet.

I’d like to join as a student

Dont know if this counts but, Dzhudin Stormbreak in one of the story quests. Did they even do any testing on him? How did they think it was a good idea? He does little to no damage, has tons of health, teleports, and then it’s stun, stun, and more stun. Whoever designed this guy needs to be fired. Its not fun or challenging, just annoying and boring.

Yeah, I’ve messed around a bit with the sliders and it was still the same but I guess I’ll play with it some more to see if it makes any differences.

As for the sound, Im pretty sure its onboard but I dont know how to find the motherboard model. Im using an ASUS N53SV laptop and I do have all the latest drivers.

I run gw2 in windowed mode and do a lot of other stuff like watch videos, listen to music, etc. I started noticing that whenever I have this game running, I get this intermittent crackling/static sound. I know for sure that its gw2 that’s causing this because I don’t have this problem when its not running. Anybody know what could be causing this?
