Guild Wars 2

I rolled a ranger early in the game when it came out. Was fun to level as I was figuring the game itself out. But at 80 it has been really lacking for me in damage, survivability and group support. I rerolled a guardian and love it using knights gear and berserker trinkets. It has been the best for me in dungeons and fractals. I got my dungeon master title with the guardian, and enjoyed it immensely. As far as a necro, they seem really cool and I would like to try one, but my opinion is that a ranger is diluted at best right now. It may be that I just lack the skill to fully optimize it, but if you are deciding from the 2, you may want to try a necro. Just my opinion, also see what your friends that roll necro’s say. Also, I have run lots of Arah runs with necros and they do very well.

Someone may have already posted this, but have you guys considered making each dungeon armor/weapon set available in all stats instead of the current 3 only? I like the looks of some set styles, but the stats of others. Not too big of a deal, I just transmute once I get it, but would be cool to have the ability to get the armor in the stats I like. Or, to get the armor and after purchasing have the option of setting what stats you would like. Just my thoughts, otherwise still enjoying the game. I qq’d about the waypoint changes initially, but now love it.

I am almost 80 on my warrior and planning to mostly run dungeons. My main is a support guardian. It is fun, but sometimes want to run something with a little more dps. I am looking for a build with survivability, good dps and that can give boons or condition removal to my party members, and be an appreciated group memeber not dead weight. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
