I have the same problem, always the first line is unvoiced, then some of the other ones too.

In the personal story quest Raven’s Revered in Doldenvan Passage the “fresh dredge corpses” don’t look right. Here’s a picture: http://imgur.com/bLTDa

Edit: Apparently some of the Havroun Weibes casting animations are also missing.
