Guild Wars 2

I am looking for a casual big friendly pvx guild on blackgate that has good players in it and talks in guild chat. I also like to join teamspeak/mumble/vent to have good laughs and enjoy myself while I play the game.

I am a level 80 ranger who runs the meta 30/23/0/15 build with sword/warhorn and axe/axe. I have been trying to find a good dungeon and fractal guild for a while now and none seem to fit right. Hey I am looking for a good ranger build to level up with im mostly gonna level by doing map completion and dungeons. So does anyone have any suggestions open to everything. I enjoy doing some high damage but being able to survive and solo champions.
