I’m now stuck on this quest, though not the same bug as you guys. I beat the gate keeper and the quest updated to speak to the pale tree back in the grove. However after being teleported back to the grove, I was then forced back to where I just was with no way of getting out. Really irritating when this quest is long and boring as hell.
