Guild Wars 2

Me and one other friend was playing this mission yesterday for a decent 2/3 hours. As we got to the final part of the mission (On the big air ship) Zhaitan never came and attacked us. Therefore we were wondering aimlessly on the ship.

We tried killing out selves, travelling to the way point, talking to NPC’s all with no luck. As you could imagine we are pretty annoyed by this..

I haven’t played in a while and I was just wondering what the advantages we’re if I buy arrow carts. I know it will hold off the enemies but it seems like a lot of gold could be spent just for a couple of kills? Or do I get something extra than a couple of kills? Bonus XP?

Another great sword user? I think it’s a good weapon. Admittedly a lot of people do use it but that’s probably because they have high damage and can get really nice skins for them. What would you recommend?

I was just wondering on other peoples opionion/expereince.

I’m a level 78 Human Warrior so I thought it was time to beef up my class by spending a bit of gold. Great Sword is the strongest from what I can see and I quite like using the weapon, but I am stuck between two I have found on the store.

First:
964-1065 Damage
+172 Power
+123 Precision
+9% Crit damage
w/ Superior Sigil of Perception
= 2G 3S 88C

Second:
964-1065 Damage
+123 Power
+123 Vitality
+172 Condition damage
w/ Superiour Vigil of Accuracy
= 3G 75S 81C

Both are level 78. Sorry if it’s a bit of a noob question but I haven’t got much expereince with MMO’s. If there are other you may recommend or another way of gaining better weapons then please let me know

Thanks both, yes it’s just for use in the world, I haven’t played much of PvP and WvW yet. I think I’ll give it ago, the great sword is getting a bit boring now. Do you guys recommend a better skill/weapon set? Or is double Axe about as good as it gets?

I’m just wondering on your opinions of what you think is better? I’ve read double Axes are the best for a Warrior (Not sure how true that is?) I am currently using a Great Sword as the stats are stronger than a single Axe. If I double up the Axe’s should I also double up the stats or does it not work like that?

Hi all,

About 20 minutes into a mission this happened (Click link for picture). We tried everything, jumping, rolling and even using up our teleportation equipment and other items that has now been permanently lost.

Pretty frustrating to say the least.

I know this question has probably been asked a million times, I done a quick search but didn’t find much. Are there plans to implement more weapon skills? I feel as though a lot could be added in this area as we have a whole tree of skills for 6, 7, 8, 9 and 0 but very little for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and F1 etc..

I have a rune that I would like to apply to my Diving mask, will the effects of the rune work when I am on land or will I have to apply it to my armor for that to work?
