My family’s other account was terminated several days ago due to “modification to the game”. We sent in a ticket to try to get it resolved and we got a response several (five) days later, but it did not help us resolve the issue. It was just a post telling us it has been terminated and told us to read the Terms and etc.

Several days later since our reply trying to resolve the issue still has no response. What do we have to do to get our other account back?

We think it has to do with the in-game store was not loading correctly due to the holidays (probably any lag) and running Skype. We have been doing our own research while we were waiting and found other people that was running Skype in the background has given the in-game detection false terminations.

To the best of our knowledge, the account was never hacked.

Please help. Been around or over ten days now and have not received any way to resolve the issue.

Sorry for his responses. He is upset that he is a huge fan of the Guild Wars series and treated so poorly and unfairly.
