I would like to bring to everyone’s attention that the Black Lion Trading Company Representative stationed at the Lion’s Arch Aerodrome has mysteriously gone missing with the latest patch.
Just recently, maybe a few weeks before the spring update, my game has been randomly dropping to about half of the FPS I would normally get for a solid 10-20 seconds. I tried changing graphics options to lowest (I normally play with every option as high as possible) and even though it reduced the frequency of the FPS drops (or perhaps they were just less noticeable), they still happened. I found this to be quite odd because nothing about my system or game client changed to make this happen, so I could use some advice on locating the issue.
A google search led me to believe that core parking could be the problem, so I tried monitoring my CPU. None of the cores were parked, but whenever a FPS drop hit, my CPU usage went down to about half the usual amount. Is this still core parking or something else going on?

Title says it all. I would like to see the inclusion of some off-meta builds such as condi tempest, zerk thief, condi reaper, condi berserker, zerk dragon hunter, etc. I tried to search if this has been discussed yet but I couldn’t find anything.
I’ve been using the 64bit client for about 3 days with no issues whatsoever. Yesterday my FPS dropped significantly (From 50 to about 15 on highest graphics). I haven’t really done anything so this seemed to happen on its own, but I have no idea what’s causing it. I tried re-downloading all the files associated with the 64bit client but still nothing. Could the problem be with my computer? I have a 64bit operating system and 16gb ram. 32bit client works fine still.
If anyone has any idea what’s causing it please help
Nightfury shoulder skin/aura completely disappearing in-game, seemingly at random.
I have replicated this bug on:
Asura F Necro/Reaper
Norn M Necro/Reaper
Sylvari F Warrior
In all 3 game modes (PvE, PvP, WvW)
It happened a lot less frequently on the warrior. I have not tested on any other classes
I’ve tried a variety of probable causes (Morph abilities, teleports, etc) but so far I couldn’t find anything. The thing always disappears when I’m not paying attention. All I know is that it usually disappears mid-combat, but I’ve seen it disappear out of combat too.
This happens extremely often and once it disappears it’s gone until the item is re-equipped or toggled off/on

Hemophilia (II) (10 points in curses)
Apparently it should increase bleeding duration by 20%, but I tested it using Blood is power (30 sec bleed) and it did not increase the duration neither on the tooltip nor when I hovered over the bleed icon on the enemy.
Can anyone confirm on this?
It might be conflicting with something else because I was using my full bleed duration build when i tested it.
Either way I think this trait needs to be looked into.
